Let your dreams flow… Breath and stretch them into reality. Amanda focuses on encouraging her students to honour themselves and taking time to connect inwards during their practice. Her teaching inspirations come from Hatha, Restorative & Kundalini Yoga.
Amanda is a registered yoga instructor (RYT 200), S.A.F.E. certified and holds a diploma in holistic nutrition. She began her yoga practice in 2014 & instantly knew it would be a part of her life moving forward. Yoga has brought more to her life than just the physical practice on her mat; yoga is a way of life. She continues to learn & practice daily what it means to live yoga. Amanda’s mindful teachings come from her understanding of the importance to approaching wellness from a holistic standpoint. She recognizes each individual’s body has different needs & abilities; and that it changes daily.
