Follow along with my yoga practice to refine your form, shape your structure, and reach your potential. The trajectory of Patrick’s lifelong yoga journey spans from late 1970’s and was initially inspired by Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Upon turning 67 years of age in 2014, Patrick reestablished his love for yoga, and developed another layer practicing under the guidance of veteran yoga instructor Liza Forster, who was trained by yogic heavy hitters such as Ganga White, Beth Shaw, and Sadie Nardini. This new phase led to his enrollment and successful completion in a 200 hour teacher training course offered through Club Fit, Briarcliff Manor, NY, and Mirijana Kocho’s school, Yoga for Body and Mind. He registered with Yoga Teachers Alliance in 2016. Simultaneously Patrick studied the uniquely inspired Katonah Yoga© practice, under principal teacher Nevine Michaan, and her qualified instructors, primarily Lynn Ivey. After four years of study at the Katonah Yoga studio, he received his Katonah Yoga teacher certification early in 2018. Yoga and all aspects of the spiritual, practical, and physical practice are Patrick’s guiding principles. Patrick nurtures a daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation practice strongly informed by the Katonah Yoga method.
