Rejuvenate & Restore Yoga
This class incorporates the fluidity and synchronicity of movement and breath. It’s a vinyasa inspired flow with an opportunity to truly rest and allow the body to recover.
We’ll start with breathwork so you can center yourself and find a sense of calm before our moving meditation. You’ll tap into the power of your parasympathetic nervous system as you establish your breath. From there, we’ll gently warm up the body, find our flow and then conclude with restorative options to promote healing and recovery.
