1 hour Hatha Yoga class for you to enjoy.
Hatha Yoga follows a slow pace making it a great starting point for beginners. The class combines breathing exercises, postures and meditation connecting the mind, body and spirit.
You will walk away feeling centered and relaxed.
Yoga is truly accessible for all, we just need to find what works for us.
The session will be as follows.
warm up/sun salutations
If you have friends or family across the globe it’s a great way to connect and hang out with them.
Busy Schedule? Work Commitments? Don’t worry, the class will be recorded and uploaded for you to practice in your own time if you are unable to make the live. This also means you can practice everyday if you like.
♦ Set up your yoga mat in a suitable location.
♦ Give yourself a pat on the back for choosing self-care.
♦ Set your laptop up and log onto Zoom 10 minutes early, the class will be locked 2 minutes after start time.
♦ Make yourself a cuppa and sit down 5 minutes before, mindfully sip it and feel the heat run through your body.
♦ Where possible, try not to eat or drink coffee two hours before class, food in the digestive system affects our ability to connect to our breath and coffee can make us anxious. If you’re super hungry then fruit is ok to eat.
