The session will run for 90 minutes, a 20 minute discussion on steps to take to learn to love yourself with herpes and ways to communicate it to future partners.
This will be followed by a 1 hour Hatha Yoga class. Hatha Yoga follows a slow pace making it a great starting point for beginners. The class combines breathing exercises, postures and meditation connecting the mind, body and spirit.
You will walk away feeling centered and relaxed.
Yoga is truly accessible for all, we just need to find what works for us.
We will also do a Q & A at the end.
Class Preparation –
Set up your yoga mat in a suitable location. If you don’t have one then a blanket on the floor is fine.
Give yourself a pat on the back for choosing self-care.
Set your laptop up and log onto Zoom 10 minutes early, the class will be locked 2 minutes after start time.
Make yourself a cuppa and sit down for 5 minutes before, relax and mindfully sip it noticing the heat run through your body.
Where possible, try not to eat or drink coffee two hours before class, food in the digestive system affects our ability to connect to our breath and coffee can make us anxious. If you’re super hungry then fruit is ok to eat.
