Diversity and Radical Inclusion Town Hall
In a year without BRC, Black Rock City’s Leadership is coming together to listen to you. We want to hear from Burners who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) about your experiences of Black Rock City. Share your stories – the good, the bad, and everything in between.
Burning Man Project has held previous listening sessions with invited community members as a part of our process in understanding and dismantling racism within the Burning Man Project and culture, and this will be our first Town Hall which is completely open to the extended Burner community through the power of the internet.
Town Hall Date: Monday, October 5th @ 5-7:00pm Pacific Time
Access link will be emailed in your registration confirmation.
Use this form to sign up to share your story. Whether you’ve been Burning since the 90s, have experienced only one Burning Man event, or fall somewhere in between, we appreciate your story. Whether your story is positive, challenging, or uncomfortable, we want to hear it. BRC’s leadership team is grateful for the opportunity to connect with and listen to Burners around this topic.
If you do not have an opportunity to speak during this Town Hall you will be contacted via email with an opportunity to record your story via video or audio to submit to Burning Man Project.
