After explaining a few facts about sleep and how our brain and body collaborate for sleep, Julie will lead you into an immersive and experiential session to fall asleep… live….She taps into a wide range of techniques inspired from modern and ancient practices, designed to help you sleep more soundly. You will learn essential tips and find out different approaches to fall and stay asleep. After the Daily sleep ritual, Julie will be available to answer questions. And then…let your dreams come true… <3 *** This live event will take place closer to bedtime for Europe (10pm GMT / 11pm CET) and recorded for all other sleepers around the world to enjoy in their own time zone.
