Burners Organizing Burners – Voter Outreach Training

Take up the torch of Principle #7 and activate civic responsibility within your camp. Learn how to organize your camp to take meaningful action ahead of the November election and hear from burners who have been organizing their camps to support voting, voters, and democracy.

Burners Organizing Burners invites you to trainings on organizing your camp to take meaningful action to support voter’s rights and voting leading up to the election.

What if every burner registered or turned out one additional voter, helped protect voting, or helped monitor polls? This year’s election is historic, with meaningful elections at every level of government, and burners are leaning into their civic responsibility by organizing and building grassroots power to support movements and campaigns they believe in.

In this training, we’ll get you connected to the strategies and resources you need to activate your camp and include you in a growing circle of leaders who are supporting each other as they grow political power within their camps.

We are at the beginning of this movement and we want you to help shape and define it! What actions can you take within your camp? What do you care most about? How do you build political strategy around your deepest values? In interactive breakout sessions we’ll discuss these questions and more while building a clear plan to take action within our communities.

The event is finished.
